Ganzhou City and the subsidiary counties (city, region) establish industry encouragement fund, general headquarter economic encouragement fund and high-technology encouragement fund to encourage new-established industry projects, general headquarter economic projects and high-technology projects.
The government of all the counties (cities, districts) should arrange no less than 20% of land sale net-income from real estate's business land for industrial park's infrastructure constructionevery year. Ganzhou Economic Technology Development Area's land income shall be completely used in the area construction. Returned proportion from he additional enterprise land sales in city or county shall be returned to the garden area to use in the basic construction.
